Nicole Richie has fired off a warning shot to her former party pal Lindsay Lohan after the notorious man-eater was spotted sleazing all over her fiancé Joel Madden on a wild night out in LA.

The new mum was left seeing red after hearing about the Good Charlotte rocker's girl-crazy weekend, not only flirting up a storm with her former BFF but also partying to his heart's content with strippers in Florida.

"Nicole is not happy with her man," says a close friend of the starlet. "Joel's running around acting like he's still single."
