Terms and conditions
Please read the competition terms and conditions below:
1. Instructions on "How to Enter" form part of these Conditions of Entry. The competition is open to all residents of Australia except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion.
2. The promotional period commences 21/07/08 and closes last mail received 24/07/08. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on originality, creative and literary merit. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. To enter, visit NW's website (ninemsn.com.au/nw) and email your funniest caption — to accompany the picture shown on the website — to nw@acpmagazines.com.au, subject your entry as "Caption comp" and include your full details.
4. Each promotion will be judged separately. Judging will take place weekly by a panel appointed by NW. Judging will be conducted at the Promoters premises every Friday at 8:30am during the promotional period.
5. The winner will be notified by post, and the winning caption will be published in the Hotshots section of next week's NW.
6. The winning entry for the "Caption Comp" promotion will win a Nokia 3500 classic pink GRLmobile Prepaid Pack valued at $159.
7. Prizes are non transferable or exchangeable.
8. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail. Winners will be notified by mail.
9. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
10. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Privacy Notice (see Contents Page for location in this issue).
11. The promoter is not responsible for prizes damaged in transit.
